All products are sold As-Is.  This means that the buyer assumes all responsibility for reading the description text.  Products are in original containers with seals in original condition as provided by the manufacturer or distributor.

Products which are no longer manufactured or expired are available for disposal only.  We do not assume any responsibility for use or resale.  The buyer is expected to know or become informed as to the reason the product may no longer be manufactured.  The buyer is expected act accordingly. Discontinued, or otherwise "no longer manufactured" products are sold as-is; no requests for refund or exchange will be accepted. 

We do not accept International orders except APO.  In the rare cases when we do accept an International order, the customer assumes all the risk of import confiscation.  If the product is returned by local customs, we will issue a refund.  If the product is confiscated, no refund will be issued.
