A: PHENOREX is best taken before breakfast in the morning and then once again in the early afternoon.

Q: I see the dosage recommendation is 1-3 servings, which equals 1-3 capsules. Why do you guys do this?
A: This allows for greater flexibility in dosing that works for you. Some people may only require one serving while others may require three. Many of these single capsule formulas don’t allow for this flexibility that does little to address the needs of you as an individual.

Phenorex Directions:
As a dietary supplement take 1-3 capsules on an empty stomach before breakfast. Take an additional 1-2 capsules six to eight hours later on an empty stomach. Due to the extreme potency of this product do not exceed 4 capsules in a 24 hour period or 3 capsules in a five hour period. Consume 8-10 glasses of water per day.
