APPLICATION TECHNIQUES
1) The Thigh Cream is ideal as a complete cellulite massage treatment
2) Using a spatula, remove a small amount of cream into the palm of your hand and warm between both hands.
3) First, apply an small amount using an upwardly stroke affected areas (hips, thighs and buttocks). Alternated hands as you move upward.
4) Then massage for a few minutes with side to side circular motion. Knead skin as you would dough, by grabbing the area with quick short movements. Note: intensive cellulite areas can be sensitive when kneading. 5) Use light kneading and gentle grabbing movements to breakup the fatty tissues.
6) Complete treatment with the upward stroking you began with.
